Effluent Treatment Plant

Effluent treatment plants (ETPs) are customized solutions for wastewater treatment, designed to handle effluents of varying quality from industrial processes. Treatment is tailored based on effluent characteristics to meet local regulatory disposal standards and, where possible, to recycle water for reuse in industrial applications.

TSE Recycling Plants

Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) recycling is one of the most promising wastewater treatment solutions, offering significant environmental conservation and cost savings, particularly for cooling tower applications.

In cooling towers, large volumes of water are lost as blowdown, requiring an equivalent amount of fresh water as makeup. The cost of fresh water can be substantial for operators and consumers. TSE recycling provides an efficient solution by reducing the dependency on fresh water.

TSE Polishing Plants

TSE polishing plants further treat treated sewage water to near-potable quality, making it suitable for reuse as cooling tower makeup water instead of fresh water. Polished TSE water is often of higher quality than domestic fresh water, enabling longer water cycles in cooling systems. This reduces water and chemical consumption, minimizes blowdown disposal, and lowers environmental impact—delivering both ecological and socio-economic benefits.

Specialization includes ultrafiltration (UF) followed by reverse osmosis (RO) based TSE polishing plants, providing reliable, high-quality recycled water for industrial applications.

Grey Water Treatment Plants

Grey water is one of the simplest and most accessible forms of recycled water. Being less polluted than sewage (black water), it can be treated with relatively simple on-site methods for reuse in applications such as toilet flushing, landscape irrigation, and other non-potable uses. Wastewater generated from hand-wash basins, showers, and baths is considered grey water.

Grey water treatment plants are designed and built according to specific requirements and intended applications, providing an efficient and sustainable solution for water reuse.

Laboratory Analysis

Wind turbines are manufactured in a wide range of vertical and horizontal axis. The smallest turbines are used for applications such as battery charging for auxiliary power for boats or caravans or to power traffic warning signs. Larger turbines can be used for making contributions to a domestic power supply while selling unused power back to the utility supplier via the electrical grid. Arrays of large turbines, known as wind farms, are becoming an increasingly important source of intermittent renewable energy and are used by many countries as part of a strategy to reduce their reliance on fossil fuels.
